The conference honored 30 outstanding private enterprises and 20 outstanding private entrepreneurs. One of the outstanding private enterprises, Global Deep Sea Fish (Pingtan) Industrial Co., LTD., was established in Pingtan in 2014 by Zhuo Xinrong, chairman of Hong Kong Huashang Resources Group Co., LTD., committed to directly supplying processed fish products to consumers through online and offline channels, and investing in the construction of the first and second phase projects of International Marine Industry Logistics Park in Pingtan. The first phase was completed and put into operation last year. Zhuo Xinrong said that they were delighted with the rapid changes in their hometown, which inspired their confidence and determination to participate in the development and construction of Pingtan. At present, under the strong attraction and drive of many industrial preferential policies in Pingtan, and the promotion of the sound mechanism of mutual support, equality and mutual benefit and common development, they are full of confidence in the future development of Pingtan, and are very willing to participate in the drawing and construction of the big goals and big blueprint of Pingtan with superior resources, so as to achieve win-win projects, win-win industries and win-win development.

Statistics show that as of June this year, there were more than 18,000 private enterprises in the pilot zone with registered capital of more than 450 billion yuan; It has contributed more than 50 percent of urban employment, more than 60 percent of regional GDP and more than 80 percent of enterprises.

"Tourism, culture, recreation, logistics and headquarters economy are the three major industries in the experimental area. The haze and Taiwan businessmen are the main force, contributing more than 90% of the output value, and becoming the backbone of the economic development of the experimental area." Chen Shanguang, secretary of the Party Working Committee of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Area, said that Pingtan in the new era is getting ready to set sail. The innovation and entrepreneurship of the vast number of LAN businessmen and Taiwan businessmen are at the right time and have great potential. All levels and departments of the experimental area should respect, care for, love and serve entrepreneurs from the bottom of their hearts, and truly be a "shop assistant".

Since the Party Working committee and management Committee of the experimental area started to implement the "Lantai Business Return Project" in the second half of 2018, Pingtan has set up the leading group of Lantai Business Return and Entrepreneurship.
